What is Charge Up The Night? Charge Up The Night is one of the best nights of the year! This is an adult-only fundraising evening consisting of a cocktail reception, live music, games, raffles, silent auction, dinner, live auction, and lots of fun!
Attendee tickets are $75/person or $600/table of 8 people and can be purchased on the Charge Up The Night website and at Holy Redeemer School.
Where do the proceeds go? Charge Up The Night is the largest fundraiser for Holy Redeemer Catholic School. All proceeds directly benefit the school and students through contributing to our annual operating costs. Our diocese sets the standard that 30% of our school's working budget must come from fundraising, and this event was created as a fun and meaningful way to help us reach that goal. Our hope for this event is that everyone experiences the power of community and generosity.
When and where is Charge Up The Night? The event is on Thursday February 26, 2026. The venue this year is 5 Family Ranch in Marshall, MN. The evening begins at 5:30pm.
What do I wear? Dress is casual! No need to purchase something new - anything in your closet will do.
What do I bring to the event? Make sure to bring cash! While our silent, live auction, and beverages at the bar can be paid for with a credit card, all games and raffles will only accept cash.
What is the Tuition Raffle? Only 100 tickets are sold! Purchase tickets at the Holy Redeemer School office, from a committee member, or on the night of the event. 1 Lucky winner will receive FREE HRS Tuition for the 2026-27 school year OR $2,000 cash.
What is Fund-A-Need? Consider Supporting the HRS Fund-A-Need Program! These funds are used for a specific need within Holy Redeemer School. Funds from previous years were used to purchase new seats and flooring in the auditorium, and the schools security door and camera system. A special focus of this year's Fund-A-Need will be a repeat of funding the Chapel restoration project. At last year's event, we raised $47,565 toward the interior renovation of the chapel. Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, we were able to restore the exterior roof over the summer of 2025. We are beginning the stage of getting current bids for the interior renovation that we hope to take place summer of 2026. As many of you know, good construction takes time and a lot of money. $47,000 is not enough to complete this project.
How do I purchase tickets and bid on items? Please register on the Charge Up The Night website. You can purchase event tables/tickets, browse and bid on auction items, and donate to the HRS Fund-A-Need. Even if you are unable to attend the event, please still register on the auction website. Most items will be available to preview on the site before the event for your viewing pleasure, so have your account set and be ready with fast fingers to place those bids! Bidding will start the week of the event. Live auction items can only be bid on/purchased by attending the event.
We can't attend Charge Up The Night. How can we still show our support? We are sorry you cannot attend, and you will be missed! You can still register to bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets, make a donation to the live/silent auction, or give to the Fund-A-Need project. There are many tax-deductible ways that you can make a difference to our 501(c)(3) school! Visit the event website to view all the different ways to contribute.
